Disassemble/teardown security floodlight camera

Disassemble Lutec Libra 6324-CAM, which is a security floodlight with integrated motion sensor and 720p HD camera. The component of PIR motion sensor, the sensor includes two PIR sensors that can provide a super wide angle motion detection. Typically most PIR motion floodlight only uses 1 PIR sensor. 

The floodlight camera has a ball camera beneath, it supports 90 degree angle adjustment so that camera can have a desire view.  There is also a speaker, the speaker can be used as a siren which will use to deter intruders, it also allows audio communication, people can hear your voice when you speak in front of smartphone remotely. 

There is a QR code sticker on microSD/TF memory card slot, it contains ID for P2P connection. Each Wi-Fi cameras have an unique ID, so that camera can be easily setup by smartphone and without many network configuration, you're able to watch live video instantly wherever you're. 

The camera module has microSD/memory card slot that can support max. 64GB on-board storage. The camera can record video on this memory card, no need to use network video recorder. Users are able to playback recorded video footage remotely on their smartphone. 

An IR-CUT filter is between lens and CMOS image sensor. IR-CUT filter will act to filter invisible light such as Infrared, hence the camera can output vivid color video with true color reproduction. IR-CUT filter or ICR, is a small motor mechanical device it's controlled by processor.

The camera main board including a Hi3518 System-on-Chip developed by Hisilicon, Hi3518 is a ARM9 440MHz processor featuring max. 1280x720p resolution video encoding capability. It integrates H.264/AVC encoding engine to deliver smooth video stream.  A Wi-Fi module is site upon main board, the key chip is RTL8188ETV from Mediatek, the module is widely used in all kinds of wireless network devices. RTL8188ETV supports 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi standard, max. 150Mb bandwidth, running 2.4GHz band. The Realtek RTL8188ETV is a highly integrated single-chip 802.11n Wireless LAN(WLAN)network USB interface(USB 1.0/1.1/2.0 compliant)controller. It combines a WLAN MAC, a 1T1R capable WLAN baseband,and WLAN RF in a single chip.The RTL8188ETV provides a complete solution for a high throughput performance integrated wireless LAN device.

The OV9712 CMOS image sensor from OmniVision, it's stopped production. OV9712 is a common 1MP CMOS image sensor can be found many HD security cameras. The 1/4-inch OV9712-1D sensor provides full-frame, sub-sampled or windowed 8-bit/10-bit images in RAW RGB format via the digital video port and with complete user control over image quality, formatting and output data transfer. The OV9712-1D offers a chief ray angle (CRA) of 25°. The OV9712-1D incorporates advanced image processing functions, including exposure control, gain control, white balance, lens correction and defective pixel correction, programmable through the serial camera control bus (SCCB) interface. For storage purposes, it includes one-time programmable (OTP) memory.
