C5 is a new generation security camera for outdoor video surveillance application. The product utilizes a solar panel and the internal rechargeable battery to work without wiring any cables. The C5 employs 2MP CMOS image sensor and advanced ARM processor (Ingenic T20) to deliver 1920x1080p resolution video with 25 frames per second. The C5 can connect to Internet by either Wi-Fi (2.4G 802.11 b/g/n) or 4G LTE (FDD-LTE, HDD-LTE), therefore it works in rural areas where Wi-Fi/Ethernet network service is not available.
Comparing with other models, this product has a microwave radar that can be used for motion detection. The detection scope of microwave radar covers nearly 9-12 meters, it assists camera to protect your property away from intrusion or unauthorized entry. Unlike PIR motion sensor, the environmental factors have no impact on its operation. The microwave can better fit outdoor installation and harsh weather condition by ignoring temperature changes and snows, bugs and pests.
C5 is a smart security camera that supports remote view, you’re able to use the camera through smart devices (smart phone, tablets) whenever, wherever. In addition to setup, you’re able to control all settings of camera like the way you config IP cameras via web page. You’re able to tweak image parameters like brightness, contrast, saturation, turn HLC on/off, switch DWDR on/off, or enable/disable mirror. The product comes with free app for Android and iOS smart devices, it has free PC software for allowing users to manage cameras on their computers.
This model uses 3 pcs 18650 type rechargeable battery, they’re not included when you buy this product. This provides you the flexibility to replace the battery or using high capacity 18650 battery to extend the backup time. Typically, the camera can work up to 150 days when using 3 pieces 18650 battery with total capacity 9000mAH (3000mAH each). The product includes a 6V 6Watt solar panel, it can be attached to the camera or mount to a difference place that enables it to efficiently absorb sun lights.
