Several days ago we wrote an article to introduce the H42 CMOS image sensor from SOI. Today, we are going to introduce you the JX-H81, which is the latest CMOS image sensor from Silicon Optronics. Apparently, we can’t find any information about this model on SOI’s website.
However, Hi3518EV200 + H81 1.3-megapixel IP cameras are available in the market. According to the datasheet released by an IP camera module manufacturer, the new JX-H81 is a 1/3-inch type progressive CMOS image sensor that can offer excellent low light performance. Its minimum illumination parameter is 0.01Lux (color mode) and 0.001 Lux (B/W mode).
960p/1.3-Megapixel IP Camera: Hi3518EV200 + H81
System: Embedded RTOS design, Dual-core 32 bit DSP (Hi3518EV200)
Network interface: 1x RJ45 port (10/100M self-adaptive); RTSP/FTP/PPPoE/DHCP/DDNS/NTP/uPnP protocols

1080p/2-Megapixel IP Camera: Hisilicon Hi3518EV200 + F02
F02 or JX-F02, is SOI’s first 2MP full HD 1080p raw sensor designed for security customers that demand higher performance and sensitivity in 1/2.7” optical format cameras. This sensor uses SOI’s new 3.0um pixel technology with lower noise and improved dark current performance. It delivers up to 60fps through industry DVP and MIPI output, satisfying the traditional security systems as well as increasingly higher frame rate applications for sports cam and car DVR.
