8 channel PoE network switch dedicated for network video surveillance system, including 8-ports 10/100M PoE ports + 1 Gigabit RJ45 port + 2 SFP ports. It's a high performance PoE network switch for your 2 megapixel, 3 megapixel, 5 megapixel network cameras.
POE8101PF complies with multiple IEEE802.3 PoE standards including IEEE 802.3; IEEE 802.3u; IEEE 802.3ab; IEEE 802.3x Flow Control; IEEE 802.1af standard. This network hub allows you to interconnect up to 8 separate network devices. Throughput is essential, and this wich delivers optimal speeds on the connection level, it offers non-blocking switching capacity of up to 8.8 Gbps, each POE ports provide maximum 15.4W power rate.
Compared with other conventional network switch, this newly design 8-port network switch comes with 2 1000Mbps Fiber SFP ports (Fiber, Combo mode), it can connect to optical fiber, allow you to enjoy the benefits of high-speed data transmission, it's a future-proof network hub for the increasing bandwidth of future networks.
Intending to provide continuous uptime performance, it utilizes Auto Uplink™ technology to ensure proper network connection, this network switch has built-in anti-lightning, anti-surge protection. Rack mountable design allows it to fit rack shelf easily.
Note: PoE standard includes IEEE802.3af and IEEE802.3at. IEEE802.3 can provide output power to 15.4 Watts, while IEEE802.3at (also called PoE plus, PoE+) can provide 30 Watts and 60 Watts power to PD devices. Only IEEE802.3at can work with high power network devices such as high power IR network camera, PTZ dome network camera. The maximum connection distance between the network camera and the PoE network switch is 100 meters.
