EN6383-POE is a smart video recorder can provide video management functionality to multiple megapixel resolution IP security cameras. The NVR accepts network video streams from up to 8-channels. The supported maximum image resolution reaches up to 12-megapixel (4K). This NVR has PoE technology built-in aiming to provide centralized power supply and cost-effective IP surveillance solution that is easier to setup and install than common NVRs.

The NVR features a simple plug-and-play setup that uses power-over-ethernet (PoE) technology. All you have to do is connect the camera directly to the NVR by running a single Cat5 Ethernet cable. This all-in-one cable provides both power to the camera camera and video transmission up to 330ft/100m. Furthermore, this multi-functional NVR provides rich peripheral interfaces, including 4-channel alarm inputs and 1-channel alarm output, this design makes it become easier for integrated security solution. It also includes a RS485 port and embedded with different PTZ control protocols to work with your IP PTZ cameras or motorized lens network cameras.

Intelligent video analysis (IVA), also called smart video analytics help security operators stay focused by introducing a new level of automation to IP video surveillance monitoring. Smart algorithm, real-time processing identifies alert conditions, giving you the information it needs to react swiftly and take action.

The IVA/smart video analytics 2.0 engine can support line crossing detection, region detection, object counting and detection. For instance, the security operator can draw a virtual line as the perimeter protection – someone has passed into a restricted area, the IVA will set off an alarm. Most importantly, the IVA can be achieved merely on NVR, it doesn’t need your IP cameras to get involved. Therefore it works with regular megapixel IP cameras.
