Unifore Professional Smart Network Dome Camera is from Unifore's new range IP video surveillance cameras - Smart Pro. The camera supports a wide range of smart video analytics such as cross line detection, region detection, unattended baggage and removal detection, people counting. The product relies on FHD CMOS image sensor from SmartSens and Sony to capture full high definition or super high definition video.

SmartSens SC2232 is a 1/2.9" format FHD CMOS image sensor, It’s based on 2.0um pixel unit manufacturing process which greatly reduce the size of CMOS. The smaller of optical size, the better light sensitivity. SmartSens SC2232 can provide excellent low light performance comparing with counterparts. It contains 1936Hx1086V total pixels can achieve 1080p@30fps video raw data acquisition, then convey to image signal processor via DVP MIPI interface.

Sony is renowned by offering the best CMOS image sensors in market. Sony IMX307 is a newly released CMOS image sensor featuring Starvis. Starvis is the trademark owned by Sony, it's a technology improves sensor's sensitivity to near IR wavelength light. By using it, 1080p security camera can offer super starlight performance. It means the camera can see clearly and even capture color image under dim lighting condition. The minimum illumination for Sony IMX307 is 0.001Lux in color, 0.0001Lux in B/W. Without turning on Infrared lights/LEDs, the camera still can see clearly under dim lighting condition. Hence using this camera you can reduce energy consumption, avoid IR light pollution, extend camera's liability as well (since IR LED will generate a huge heat that have a low possibility may damage camera components e.g. CMOS sensor, CPU).

SmartSens SC5033 is a 5-megapixel CMOS image sensor adopting 1/2.7” optical format design. The CMOS offers 2592Hx1944V total pixels, yet support up to 50 frames per second video shooting. Although it’s not the best 5MP CMOS in market, it still performs great by offering crystal clear image with vivid color, and its low light performance is also not criticisable. The cost of SC5035 is lower than counterparts, hence camera manufacturers can produce lower cost 5-megapixel network cameras to better meet customer's satisfaction.
